Meet at Dwellingup
Adventures opposite the
Community Hotel at 9.15. We provide a light breakfast and a cuppa before you change into your comfort and safety wear. The paperwork is complete and the bus picks us up at 10am to head to the Murray River and Baden Powell Water Spout.
After a shore and water based safety and skills brief we commence our 12 km trip to Scarp Pool.
Your first rapid is the 4 metre drop of the Baden Powell Water Spout. It becomes more gentle then with long stretches of forest lined banks before our next set of grade 2 and 3 rapids.
The trip is suitable for novices of all ages with children from 10 years welcome when accompanied by a parent.

  

Trips run every Sunday, river levels permitting. Other days available for groups of 10 or more persons including mid week.		  


$130.00 per person, discounts for groups


we provide:

• transport to and from Dwellingup and the river
• all safety equipment, helmets and buoyancy vests
• wet suits, long sleeved thermals, thermal socks,   footwear and spray jacket
• river snacks and hot drink
• changing and toilet facilities
• experienced river guides trained in swiftwater rescue
• hot soup and crusty bread finish

just bring a change of clothes, swimwear and towel and a spirit of adventure


Stay at any accommodation the night before or the night after your rafting trip and get the special Dwellingup guest raft rate of $120.00 per person. Rate also applicable to groups of 10 or more.




Good skills are required to handle the tube rafts

SINGLE PERSON
TUBE RAFTS

For those with a bit more adventurous spirit try the single person tube rafting. Available for group bookings, only weekend and mid week.


BOOKING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS FOR
WHITE WATER RAFTING

Cost per head; $130.00 for groups of 10 or more $120.00 per head. For persons staying over night in Dwellingup the night prior or night after the trip, $120.00 per head. No further discount applicable.

To confirm a booking please forward a non refundable deposit of $50.00 per person. The balance of $80.00 per person ($70.00 in the case of a discount booking) being payable on the day of the booked trip. Group bookings will revert to $130.00 per head if less than 10 turn up on the day.

In the case of a group booking the group organiser may confirm a booking on behalf of the group by forwarding the appropriate deposit with the organisers Activity Booking Form and Acceptance of Risk Form. On the trip date group members will then complete their own Activity Booking Form and Acceptance of Risk Form.

A non refundable deposit becomes refundable in full in the event of a trip being cancelled by Dwellingup Adventures and a second date is not suitable to the customer or Dwellingup Adventures.


Please note the Murray River is dependent on natural rainfall patterns. All white water rafting and boat type depends on suitable river conditions. Dwellingup Adventures reserve the right cancel trips due to river conditions
